CitySeed partners with New Haven residents to create economic opportunity through their Incubator Program.

CitySeed Incubates connects up-and-coming food entrepreneurs with the resources needed to build and maintain a viable food business. This program enables local community members opportunities for professional development through access to culinary training, a space to do so, and a robust community-based network to learn all the skills necessary for the job.

In addition to educational opportunities, the program offers a robust network for newcomers to the food industry, allowing for a more synchronous local food system.

CitySeeds Sanctuary Kitchen aids in the other programs’ professional development. The kitchen, offering catering and a weekly subscription, provides employment and growth opportunities for its participants. Offering a space for chefs to hone their skills while catering to the local community

Each CitySeed program works with the others to help create a stable agricultural system for New Haven residents. The fruits of everyone’s labor (hehe) can be purchased at their Farmers’ Markets.

CitySeed has something for everyone.

Aspiring Food entrepreneurs and community members alike, keep an eye out HERE.
