SHIPPING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery. Our primary delivery carrier is USPS but is subject to change for international deliveries due to fluctuating delivery rates.

Customers are responsible for paying all applicable duty and import tariffs upon delivery of items. Cafeteria is not responsible for packages once dispatched from our facilities. All packages have limited insurance coverage. Visit usps.com for inquiries regarding delivery status.

Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days if received in unwarranted conditions or if you are not satisfied.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must not be worn, washed, or altered and must contain original tags, packaging, and receipt of order confirmation. You will be responsible for paying cover shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Several types of goods are exempt from returns or exchanges. Examples of non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked down on sale

  • Footwear

  • Perishable goods such as food or flowers 

  • Magazines, newspapers, or any printed publications

  • Intimate wear or underwear (including socks or swimwear)

  • Beauty products, hygienics, or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses

  • Electronics, audio, or physical music products

A digital or physical receipt is required to process a refund in-store. Store credit will be given without proof of purchase.

We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details.

We accept PayPal which allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out. More information about PayPal is available at paypal.com.

We accept Afterpay which allows you to pay in 4, interest-free payments. Afterpay is also accepted in-store via the Afterpay app. More information about AfterPay is available at afterpay.com.
