Pride Month is here and the festivities have already begun. What started as a riot has transformed into a revolution as well as a celebration of life and legacy as we continue to fight for LGBTQ+ rights today. While the current political climate might be a drag — pun intended — there is still space for joy to exist alongside advocacy. In other words, pride can be a protest and a party.
